Job Description

The Plant Controller is responsible for overseeing and optimizing financial processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing valuable insights to support operational decision-making. The Plant Controller will work closely with senior management, operations teams, and corporate finance to achieve financial goals and maintain the facility's financial health. As a key member of the segment’s Finance Leadership team, the Plant Controller will play a central role in establishing and maintaining a culture of clarity, creativity, and accountability.


  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data by reconciling accounts and reviewing journal entries.
