Job Description
- Overall inventory management & Systems control.
- Strict compliance of all internal finance control, systems & processes.
- Overall SAP system implementation & Control.
- Item master costing for materials in SAP through cost run.
- Verification of COGS production order wise & reconciliation of all production orders on daily/weekly/monthly.
- Verification of Production Booking and reconciliation of production orders with BOM and actual consumption.
- Controlling all the GRN and Material movement process and Maintaining the Dashboard of all the Pending GRN's and getting the MIRO's done on time.
- Handling the Physical stock verification of inventory (RM & FG) and rectifying any differences after appropriate approvals.
- Co-ordinating with the auditors for physical verification of inventory and analyzing the physical verification report and taking appropriate measures as suggested by auditors & Management.
