Planning Supervisor

The QS Cost Control – Planning Supervisor is responsible on the audit of progress of projects, ensuring that the Project will be delivered on time and within the baseline schedule.

YOUR ROLE, YOUR IMPACT:

1. Developing baseline schedules of on-going projects that considers sequence of works, resources, fixed completion dates, milestones and project specifications.
2. Monitoring and tracking project progress, production, productivity and writing up reports and red flags.
3. Understanding and meeting all contract requirements.
4. Project contract management such as, but not limited to, correspondences, meetings, negotiations etc.
5. Communicating with all company personnel both within and outside of the team
6. Improving progress and schedule awareness for the Project.
7. Ensuring all projects are completed on time.
