The Planning & Optimization Manager leads crude oil supply and demand optimization for the South and West refining systems, coordinating across Trading, Refining, and Scheduling to identify and execute commercial opportunities. Serves as the strategic liaison to ensure alignment across feedstock acquisition, pricing, logistics, and refinery operations, while tracking economic uplift and performance metrics.
