An exciting opportunity has arisen for an accomplished Planning Manager to join a leading name in the construction industry, overseeing a team of planners and driving the successful delivery of a £5bn landmark project in Surrey.

The Role

As Planning Manager, you’ll take ownership of all aspects of project planning and controls, ensuring robust programmes are in place from inception through to delivery. You’ll manage and mentor a talented team of planners, working closely with both internal stakeholders and a key client partner to ensure time, cost, and quality targets are met across this complex, multi-phase project.
