Planning & Logistics Executive

Job Description :

•Update, manage and maintenance material master data in the system SAP •Communicate with SC for demand, sales forecast as well as challenge the sales gap, forecast accuracy, abnormal sales… •Make master planning schedule and production plan •Make material planning and purchase order •Make the Logistics report like PCT, release, receipt, weekly and monthly inventory, short self-life items. •Calculate the MPS, MRP. •Follow up and action on the material and finish good delivery as plan. •Set up and create code, data as well as master data in the system SAP. •Every month meeting with Supply chain to capture the demand as well as forecast to make the master planning schedule with consideration of man power and machine capacity accordingly. •Weekly meeting with production to make the weekly plan, monthly plan due to the master production plan with suitable manpower and machine capacity. •Daily issue production order and follow up the plan. •Run MPS and ...
