ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Production/Material Planning

RESPONSIBILITIES

Material Planning -

  1. Review customer purchase order & forecast.
  2. Plan and control material inventory.
  3. Plan and control production loading.
  4. Purchase materials/components according to forecast.
  5. Prepare Weekly Shipment Schedule

Production Planning -

1.Responsible for ensuring production schedule are executed according to plan.


• Review LDP and lead planning officer to ensure information for daily loading.


• Review and complete scheduling on work orders in Ax.


• Ensure accuracy of work orders and reviewed before distributing to next process

  1. Responsible for accuracy of product information( BOM) created and update for change and for New Parts.

  2. Coordinate with Shipment personal, CSS and production to ensure...
