Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed, accurate construction schedules for all phases of projects, including planning, execution, and completion.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to create realistic project timelines, ensuring that all activities are appropriately allocated and sequenced.
- Monitor the progress of construction activities, track milestones, and identify any delays or potential issues that may impact the schedule.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on schedule progress, including deviations, delays, and recovery plans.
- Ensure that resource allocation (labor, materials, equipment) is planned effectively and adjustments are made as needed to meet deadlines.
