Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES   

  • Schedule Preparation & Management 

  • Prepare and update project schedules for tender, consultancy, and construction stages using Primavera P6 and MS Project, including developing multiple what-if scenarios to assess potential changes and their impacts 

  • Ensure project schedules and updates meet contractual and procedural requirements 

  • Coordinate with design, construction, and contract administration teams to align schedules with project objectives 

  • Reporting & Records Management 

  • Prepare, compile, and maintain progress and productivity reports 

  • Assist in calculating material volumes and analysing productivity 

  • Maintain organised schedule-related records to ensure defensibility in case of claims or disputes 

  • Risk Identification & Claims Support
