Job Description

  • Assist in the preparation and submission of Bidding Financial Requirements.
  • Input materials per project needed in the company's procurement system.
  • Accurately measuring and calculating the quantities of materials, labor, and equipment required for a construction project.
  • Developing detailed budget estimates based on the calculated quantities.
  • Preparing and analyzing claims for additional work or variations to the contract.

Qualifications/ Skills:

  • Must possess a degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Must possess a license in relevant field
  • Proficiency in construction estimating tools.
  • Attention to detail
  • Analytical skills, and ability to resolve quantity-related issues and disputes.
