Key Responsibilities
- Schedule Preparation & Management
- Prepare and update project schedules for tender, consultancy, and construction stages using Primavera P6 and MS Project, including developing multiple “what-if” scenarios to assess potential changes and their impacts
- Ensure project schedules and updates meet contractual and procedural requirements
- Coordinate with design, construction, and contract administration teams to align schedules with project objectives
- Reporting & Records Management
- Prepare, compile, and maintain progress and productivity reports
- Assist in calculating material volumes and analysing productivity
- Maintain organised schedule-related records to ensure defensibility in case of claims or disputes
- Risk Identification & Claims Support
- Track schedule risks and provide early warnings to project teams
