Role Description
Scheduling and Coordination: Create and manage detailed project schedules in MS Project. Sharing baseline schedule with Engineering, Procurement, and Production to ensure timely issuance of IFCs, material procurement, equipment availability, and manpower allocation.
Salesforce Operation: Ensure the correct implementation of following Rootstock operations:
· Establishing project groups, project lines, and pass-through entries in alignment with sales orders in Rootstock.
· Generating child-level work orders based on equipment's BOM.
· Assign remaining WO's and SOL's to project lines.
· Creating and adjusting operation routings according to estimates.
· Developing and adjusting routings and lead times for the respective equipment to be manufactured.
· Extract Operations for all new Work Orders
