Planning Engineer

Prepare and maintain the Project Master Schedule, Key Milestones, and Monthly/Weekly Construction Schedules in compliance with contract requirements.

Perform CPM analysis, schedule logic development, and time impact assessments.

Monitor contractor and subcontractor progress; prepare progress reports and variance analysis.

Identify schedule delays, issue early warnings, and propose corrective or acceleration plans.

Attend coordination meetings and report project schedule performance.

Support the Contracts and Commercial teams in EOT submissions and delay analysis documentation.

Prepare and submit baseline schedules, updated schedules, progress reports, and related graphical presentations in English and Chinese as required.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in in Engineering Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Engineering Technology, or related field.
