Planning Engineer (Civil)

We are looking for a Planning Engineer (Civil) with 3–4 years of planning experience, preferably in industrial building projects. Strong hands-on expertise in Primavera P6 and Earned Value Management (EVM) is mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed, resource- and cost-loaded project schedules using Primavera P6 (mandatory) and MS Project
  • Develop look-ahead schedules and complete Project Management Plan (PMP) documentation
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, including EVM analysis and S-curves
  • Develop resource histograms, manpower deployment plans, and equipment schedules
  • Monitor actual site progress vs. baseline, identify delays, variances, and critical impacts
  • Integrate civil, MEP, and procurement schedules into a unified master schedule
