Planning Engineer

The Role

We at Aliens are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Quantity Surveyor as part of our Aliens Team with at least 2 to 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor. The incumbent will be responsible for managing different parts of construction projects, BOQ, BOM, preparing estimates for time and material costs, completing quality and quantity assurance, and compiling reports for different stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting in QS, preparation of BOQs, tendering processes including preparation of tender
• documents, floating of tenders, evaluation of quotes and submitting recommendations
• Improve BOQ production and pricing as per NBS format, that resulted in clarity of cost and
