Job Description
Develop project overall schedule, phase baseline schedule and detailed construction/engineering/procurement schedules based on project scope, contract requirements and project execution strategy.
Establish project WBS (Work Breakdown Structure), define activity logic, duration and resource allocation, and complete schedule budgeting and milestone confirmation.
Track daily, weekly and monthly project progress, collect actual progress data, analyze schedule deviation, identify potential delays and propose reasonable adjustment and recovery plans.
Compile regular project progress reports, monthly reports and client-side scheduled reports, accurately feedback project execution status, key milestones and existing risks.
Coordinate schedule interface among engineering, procurement, fabrication, transportation and site construction teams, resolve schedule conflicts and promote cross-departmental pr...
