Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Planning Engineer with experience in residential high-rise construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, monitoring, resource planning, progress tracking, and reporting to ensure timely completion of projects within budget and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Scheduling
Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
Prepare baseline schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), and project milestones.
Develop short-term, medium-term, and long-term construction plans.
Monitor project progress against approved schedules.
Monitoring & Control
Track project performance and identify schedule deviations.
Analyze delays and recommend corrective actions.
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and MIS reports.
Conduct variance analysis between planned and actual progress.
