- Manage supply chain planning, production planning, inventory control, shipping, and logistics.
- Establish various systems such as MPS, JIT, MRP, LSS, etc., to improve supply chain efficiency.
- Collaborate and coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth order execution, improving OTIF (On-Time In-Full) performance.
- Develop SOPs and action plans for the standardization of systems and processes, bench marking against industry best practices.
- Establish a dynamic replenishment model that balances cost, quality, lead-time, and inventory optimization.
- Manage inventory of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished goods, ensuring timely clearance of slow-moving stocks.
- Explore possibilities for automating manual processes through digitization initiatives and software implementations.
