Planning & Procurement: Manage raw material and finished product requirements, develop production plans, optimize inventory levels, and ensure resource availability. Production Order Management: Enter orders into the ERP system, update consumption data, verify document compliance, and maintain up-to-date production records. Purchasing & Materials Control: Create purchase orders, track deliveries, check expiration dates, prepare regulatory documentation (, FDA), and collaborate with quality control for exemptions. Logistics & Transfer Coordination: Organize transfers of finished products, ingredients, and packaging between factories and warehouses; track deliveries; coordinate monthly shipments to the United States.
