**规划控制工程师**
**岗位职责**
负责无人驾驶车辆的路径规划与轨迹生成。 基于感知的行为规划:跟车规划,位移速度规划,基于障碍物的轨迹与速度规划,并保证系统安全以及车辆平顺运行 开发纵向、横向控制算法(PID、MPC、LQR等),实现高精度轨迹跟踪。 与感知、定位、决策模块协作,完成规划控制系统的集成与调试。 在仿真平台及实车环境中进行算法验证、性能优化及问题分析。 参与系统安全冗余设计,提升系统可靠性。
**任职要求**
+ **学历背景** :自动化、控制工程、车辆工程、计算机、机器人等相关专业,硕士及以上学历。
+ **专业技能** :
+ 熟悉常用路径规划算法(A*、Dijkstra、RRT、RRT*、Hybrid A*、优化方法如梯度下降、MPC、非线性优化等)。
