About the Opportunity
The Development Project Specialist supports the planning, coordination, and implementation of development strategies across a diverse portfolio of commercial, industrial, residential, and rural properties owned by Coal Creek Properties Corp. and Alberta Ltd. This role assists senior leadership in advancing property development initiatives by coordinating feasibility studies, master planning, stakeholder engagement, regulatory processes, and project planning and design activities.
