As a Planner, your day‑to‑day tasks will include preparing, reviewing and monitoring appointments, visits and completions to ensure adherence to deadlines and timescales; liaising with clients and the wider team; ensuring relevant parties are informed of updates; and making contact via email and telephone daily. You will be responsible for all planning, administrative and customer liaison requirements for your assigned project, ensuring that Total Mobile is always up to date and data inputted is accurate to enable accurate reporting.

- Log all new jobs onto Total Mobile.
- Contact residents to arrange Validation Surveys and Post‑Inspection Surveys.
- Allocate relevant job codes to site managers for Validation and Post‑Inspection surveys.
- Respond to client queries regarding access to properties.
- Generate letters to residents at various points of the job workflow.
