Day to Day Responsibility


  • Collaborate with sales, business development , product line management team to develop and maintain accurate rolling forecast in terms of driving procurement activities..

  • Monitor and analyze demand trend to adjust forecast and plans proactively.

  • Work with production planner to ensure the production schedule is aligned with customer requirements.

  • Proactively identify potential material shortage and develop mitigation plan to prevent production disruptions.

  • Develop and maintain KPI for inventory turns, lead time performance and slow moving mitigation plan

    • Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, computer science, purchasing management or relevant field, MBA is preferred.

  • 5 years working experience in a planning role within a manufacturing environment.

  • Strong experience using an SAP system
