Planner Scheduler

About the role

Provide support to the Steel Products Planning Leader in the development and coordination of Shutdown and Planned Maintenace outage schedules, external resources (e.g. contractors),  services, materials,  workpack development and all other required activities  to execute and sucessfully deliver maintenance work during Planned Outages.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain shutdown schedule using both MS Project and Excel. Coordinate all stages of the Shutdown & Outage Management process ensuring each of the stages and milestones are achieved to ensure shutdowns are prepared and executed in a safely and cost-effective manner
• Facilitate weekly shutdown & outage progress meetings leading up to planned events.
  Facilitate twice daily schedule updates and process reports throughout the shutdown and once daily during smaller planned outages
