Planner / Scheduler (Toronto)

We are looking for a Planner / Scheduler to join a growing infrastructure team supporting the planning, estimating, and execution of complex transportation and civil construction projects across Ontario.

This role offers an excellent prospect for experienced Planners/Schedulers as well as Project Coordinators, Site Engineers, or Construction Professionals looking to transition into a dedicated planning and scheduling career path.

Key Responsibilities

• Review contract documents, drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and critical path analyses.
• Support bid schedules and baseline schedules for large, multi-year infrastructure projects.
• Work closely with project, engineering, and commercial teams to monitor progress and identify schedule risks.
