Job Description
We are seeking a highly organised Planner/Scheduler – Technical Administrator to join the client's team. This is a unique and process-driven role that blends planning & scheduling, high-volume data entry, and customer communication to support project delivery and asset readiness.
The role is based onsite in the workshop, 5 days per week (40 hours).
There will be an initial 3–6 month casual engagement to transition to a full-time position.
Key Responsibilities Planning & Scheduling
- Plan and schedule workshop and field work in line with project timelines.
- Coordinate with supervisors to ensure assets and documentation are ready for project start dates.
- Manage priorities and schedule adjustments as required.
- Act as a key point of contact for customers regarding job scheduling, updates, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate, detailed records of customer interactions and work progress.
