Molex CCS Shanghai is hiring a senior planner to support planning and operations in the Shanghai plant.

What You Will Do

  • Managing the time, materials, and equipment’s availability, clearly know each process situation.
  • Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
  • Closely monitor backlog and adjust plan if there is any abnormal issue on demand, production, material, quality, etc.
  • Keep the reasonable stock level within target.
  • Data analysis in both planning CRD/MPD, DSI, S&E, overdue and production POEE/MMR
  • Work with operation to Maintain schedules according to MPS plan.
  • Analyze historical run rates and associated inputs to define or refresh machine capacities.
  • Identify and update production capability (minimum run rates)
  • Review and update scheduled on production calendar accordingly.
