Conduct data analysis to improve our supply chain operations.

Internal: Planner, CSR, Buyer, Process Engineer, PJM, MIE, Finance BP

External: SCH Import Planning, Customer Service, Demand Planning, Product Manager

What You Will Do

  • Consolidate plant capacity report & rough-cut capacity planning report
  • Update capacity category tracking report
  • Refine bill of material per latest system setting
  • Update plant POEE/OEE performance
  • Identify low utilization & low profit work centres and work with cross functional team for mitigation plan.
  • Update component and raw materials forecast
  • Verify long term FCST with demand planner and PM by product family.
  • Support to maintain and update material master data.
  • Collaborate with Network supply planner/Inventory planner and IT team to develop power BI reports for supply planning team
