:We are seeking a dynamic and strategic thinker to join our team as a Strategic Planner. This role is pivotal in driving brand strategy, insight generation, and creative solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will be a strategic “go-to” resource, actively contributing to the development and execution of brand strategies.

Specific Duties:

Serve as a strategic resource for account, creative, and brand teams on smaller/mid-level brand assignments.

Co-lead the strategy development process with the Planning/Strategy Head.

Assist in generating insights for potential and existing projects.

Support new business opportunities.

Maintain a strong grasp of market knowledge, brand mechanisms, need states, and audience attitudes, preferences, and motivators.

Develop skills in identifying client issues and business problems.
