WE ARE HIRING: PROJECT PLANNER
Cebu – 4PH Project (Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino Housing Program)
We are looking for a highly organized and analytical Project Planner to join our team for the 4PH Housing Project in Cebu. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in project scheduling, monitoring, and reporting within large-scale housing or vertical construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed project schedules (baseline, catch-up, and recovery schedules)
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly project progress
- Analyze delays and recommend corrective actions
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and subcontractors for timeline alignment
- Prepare manpower loading, S-curves, and progress reports
- Conduct regular site visits to validate actual accomplishments
- Assist in time impact analysis and extension of time (EOT) documentation
