Sales Order Management
•Maintain material master for order entry.- •Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth transactions for sales order processing to meet SLAs set.
- •Ensure purchase requisitions are released in a timely and accurate manner to meet customers' expectations.
•Generate sales orders report to monitor sales orders outstanding.Schedule Delivery
•Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure goods are scheduled accordingly and delivered to customers within the stipulated time frame.Inventory Control
•Generate stock reports to monitor inventory levels and clear stocks to minimize inventory holding costs.
•Managing stock transactions and monitoring inventories' movements to ensure all items are properly tracked with no discrepancies.Others
