Planner

Job Summary :

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Planner to join our team in the semiconductor manufacturing industry. This role acts as the key interface between Mandarin-speaking customers and internal operations, owning demand planning, capacity alignment, and delivery performance for assigned accounts.

You will not just schedule — you will own customer delivery performance and planning strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Demand & Forecast Management

• Own customer rolling forecast consolidation and demand validation.
• Conduct forecast analysis (variance, upside/downside risk).
• Align forecast vs capacity and highlight gaps proactively.
• Lead weekly/monthly demand review meetings with customers (Mandarin).

Capacity & Production Planning (Assembly & Test)

• Perform capacity loading analysis (machine, manpower, UPH).
