The City of Martensville is one of the fastest growing cities in Canada and we have an opening for a Permanent , Full-time Planner I .

Reporting to the Planning Manager, the Planner I will be responsible for performing introductory-level professional municipal planning and community development work in support of land use planning, development review, permitting, subdivision coordination, property standards enforcement, and regulatory planning administration. The position provides planning expertise and customer service while independently managing a variety of planning applications, development approvals, and policy-related initiatives.

What You Will Bring to the Team

• Post secondary degree in Regional & Urban Planning or equivalent.
• Minimum six months of related planning experience, preferably within an urban municipality.
