Education

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

Experience

2–10+ years of experience in construction planning (depending on role level)

Experience in projects such as buildings, infrastructure, industrial, or EPC projects

Technical Skills

Proficiency in planning software:

Primavera P6 (essential for most roles)

MS Project

Knowledge of:

Critical Path Method (CPM)

Resource loading & leveling

Delay analysis techniques

Strong Excel and reporting skills

Professional Knowledge

Understanding of construction methods and sequencing

Familiarity with contracts (FIDIC or similar)
