**GENERAL SUMMARY**:
**PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Supply purchased parts to the assembly line.
- Determine the parameters of the supplying parts with the collaboration of suppliers and conceive the optimum delivery schedule.
- Analyze, plan and adjust quickly the orders according to the changes of the production schedule and/or the engineering change (ECN) and/or inventory adjustment.
- Take the necessary measurements for the flow of the excess of inventory and to suggest actions to be with the obsolete parts.
- Coordinate the orders and the forwarding of the parts in subcontracting (F30).
- Update the inventory in consignment at the suppliers (F30).
- Manage crises of supply from the suppliers by using a temporary schedule of deliveries while considering the supplier output, the times of transit, the customs, etc.
- Supervise and make follow-up with the suppliers.
