Job Overview

We are looking for a Planner to join our team and support the Flavors & Extracts Latin America business in Celaya, Guanajuato. The Planner will coordinate, plan and supervise the production processes completed in our manufacturing plant.

Responsibilities Review customer orders daily and confirm delivery dates with the Customer Service area. Review MRP Detail messages to create requisitions for raw and packaging materials, indicating quantities and delivery dates for the Purchasing area. Plan production objectives, determine activity sequences, and allocate resources to meet short‑ and long‑term goals. Follow up daily to ensure the original Production Plan is achieved. Qualifications Degree in Biochemical, Food, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering. Demonstrated experience as a production planner.
