PLANNER/ BUYER

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze material requirements based on demand forecasts, production orders, and inventory levels.
• Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess stock.
• Issue purchase orders and follow up through material receipt.
• Ensure ERP/MRP system information is accurate and up to date.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, warehouse, and finance teams to prevent delays in internal processes such as receiving and payments.
• Resolve issues related to delays, shortages, or quality problems.
• Develop and follow up on short-, medium-, and long-term supply plans.
• Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) according to customer demand and approved forecasts.
• Schedule production orders ensuring compliance with validated routes, processes, and installed capacity; adjust production plans based on demand changes, quality deviations, or constraints.
