Planner Assistant

Job Description:

• Assist Production Planner in preparing and updating daily and weekly production schedules by loading Manufacturing Orders (MOs) into machine.

• Issue and track Manufacturing Order, Material Document, and related production documents

• Monitor production progress and update Planning Module or spreadsheets accordingly.

• Coordinate with shop floor, supervisors, and stores to ensure materials and jobs are ready

• Record production output, delays, and basic planning data accurately. Report to Planner if found any deviate to production schedule.

• Raise PO for purchase raw material when the raw material not enough to support operation after reviewed with Planner, support inventory checks and material availability follow-ups.

• Update and distribute daily work orders to various production sections.
