PLANNER AND ESTIMATOR (CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE)

Summary You will serve as a Planner and Estimator (Corrective Maintenance) in the Facilities and Infrastructure Management Department of FLEET READINESS CENTER SOUTHWEST. Responsibilities You will perform analysis of incoming maintenance requirements to determine scope and resources needed, sequence of operations, estimating of hours, timeframe of work, and coordination of the job's execution. You will determine if multiple trades or shops are involved and if the work is a series of simultaneous or sequential operations, and establish estimated time standards for each job segment to coincide with the mandatory completion date for the job. You will utilize trade knowledge and experience to develop and document a workflow for sequential tasks of complex jobs that ensure timely and cost-effective use of resources.
