Responsibilities

• Advises senior management on actions to achieve strategic portfolio objectives.
• Provides guidance and tools for controlling key project parameters: budgets, scope, and schedules.
• Ensures consistency in applying best practices for risk management, planning, and control.
• Plans long‑term resource usage across the portfolio, identifying risks, constraints, and impacts on master schedule, budget, and resources.
• Monitors contingencies and aligns their use with the portfolio risk register.
• Supports and advises in the planning and monitoring of construction portfolio projects under the Bureau de Gestion de Projets (BGP) with an estimated value of 2.3billion.
• Aligns integrated portfolio planning with Asset Management, Integration, and financial directions.
