Role Overview
The Group Benefits Administration Plan Specialist provides a positive client experience by completing the setup and revisions of group plans, inputting data into various systems. Working in a production‑oriented environment, this role requires strong technical skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, extreme focus on detail and quality, and timely completion of work.
Responsibilities
- Process revisions within established service standards (accuracy & timeliness).
- Set up and maintain plan coding on various systems.
- Promptly respond to inquiries from internal business partners and clients.
- Interpret plan design change requests and seek clarification as needed.
- Analyze and make recommendations on system setups that support customer requirements.
