Plan Design Associate

We’re looking for a Plan Design Associate to join our Retirement Operations team at MBPS. In this role, you are responsible for reviewing the accuracy of the requirements from the clients and capturing all pertinent information into the systems based on the established guidelines and state regulations. Initiate requests for outstanding requirements and coordinate (either through email or callout) with the various New Business teams/distribution partners and client, if necessary, for the timely fulfillment of contracts or any requests.

Position Responsibilities

• Responsible for the set-up and documentation of new clients and the maintenance of existing clients. Depending on the received request, the team processes MPS Booklets, advisor change and Compensation, New Business, Discontinuance, Amendments, Repricing and Fund Rationalization, SLX Discontinuance and Amendments.
