Role Overview
As our Plaid Integrations Engineer, you will be the technical owner of our Plaid ecosystem. You'll design, build, and maintain robust integrations that power account connectivity, transaction ingestion, identity verification, and financial insights across our product.
This is a high-impact role at the core of our platform's data engine.
What You'll Do
Architect, implement, and maintain secure integrations with the Plaid API
Own the full lifecycle of account linking, webhooks, transaction sync, and reconciliation workflows
Ensure financial data accuracy, completeness, and normalization across our systems
Monitor, debug, and resolve Plaid-related issues (latency, webhook failures, token refresh, etc.)
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Backend, and Data teams to ship new financial features
Optimize performance, data refresh cadence, and system reliability
Implement best practices for error handling, rate limiting, and API resilience
