Placement Officer

Position: Placement Officer Location: Kuppam, Andhra Pradesh
Salary: Rs 25000 - 35000 / month Role Summary: We're looking for a proactive placement officer to help candidates trained under our short-term skill development programs find employment. The role involves building relationships with employers, coordinating placement drives and interviews, tracking candidate placement outcomes, and supporting trainees with job readiness and career guidance. The officer will work closely with training centers and industry partners to ensure successful placement of candidates in suitable entry-level roles. He/she will also be responsible for industry engagement and onboarding corporate clients for our training programs. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with companies and industry partners.
Identify corporate training needs and onboard organizations for training programs at the centre.
