Job Roles and Responsibilities :

Market Placement & Quote Acquisition Prepare and submit accurate risk submissions to insurers and underwriters Solicit, compare, and analyse quotes across multiple insurers to identify best-fit options for each client Maintain a broad insurer panel to ensure competitive tension on every placement Use insurer portals and broking platforms to obtain and track quotes efficiently Negotiation Negotiate premium rates, coverage terms, limits, and deductibles directly with underwriters Challenge restrictive exclusions and advocate for client-aligned policy wording Build compelling negotiation cases using client data, claims history, and market benchmarks Client & Team Support Work closely with account managers to understand each client's risk profile and benefit objectives Present placement options and quote comparisons clearly to support client decision-making Respond to client and internal queries on policy...
