ROLE OVERVIEW
The Placement Manager will be responsible for acquiring hiring partners, building strong employer relationships, and ensuring successful placements of NICMAR Online learners within defined SLAs/TAT. The role demands a proactive, energetic individual with strong client-facing capabilities, deep HR networks, and passion for enabling career outcomes for learners in the construction, infrastructure, and real estate ecosystem.
The Placement Manager will act as the bridge between industry hiring needs and the NICMAR Online learner pool
