Placement Leader Philippines

We are seeking a talented individual to lead the Marsh Placement business in the Philippines. This role will be based in Manila. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. This role is responsible for leading the overall Placement business for the Philippines and is accountable for the commercial outcomes, future strategy and growth of the firm’s Placement function in the market including overall P&L management for this function and associated products and services. This role will provide technical and business direction to the team as well as aiding broader business initiatives in the market.
