Role Summary

The Placement Coordinator is responsible for managing end-to-end placement activities, building relationships with recruiters, and ensuring successful job placements for trained candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with IB, BFSI, KPO, Analytics firms, and recruitment partners
• Coordinate with corporates, HRs, and recruiters for job opportunities
• Share candidate profiles, schedule interviews, and follow up till closure
• Maintain placement trackers, recruiter database, and interview status
• Prepare candidates for interviews (basic briefing, scheduling, documentation)
• Organize campus drives, virtual interviews, and hiring events
