Our newest store located in Bohemia, NY is seeking a FT Pizza Maker for our anticipated busy Pizza Department. The Pizza Maker will be responsible for supervising and training staff Pizza Makers. in addition, this new hire will be responsible for preparing pizza dough and cutting, grating, and slicing various ingredients to be used as our gourmet toppings. Each team member is responsible for ensuring that kitchen safety protocols are followed at all times. Responsibilities * Preparing pizza dough, sauces, and various toppings, such as tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, onions, and meats * Monitoring the temperature of the pizza ovens as well as cooking times * Preparing high-quality pizzas according to company recipes * Monitoring inventory and placing orders for more supplies as needed * Cleaning workstations before pizza preparation * Ensuring that all utensils and cooking equipment are sterilized before each use * Plating or packaging pizzas accordingly * Managing all foo...
