Kerzner International has a fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef (Greek Cuisine) to join the culinary team at One&Only The Palm Resort in Dubai.

As a Sous Chef – Greek Cuisine, you will oversee and support all aspects of the Greek kitchen operations, assisting the Chef de Cuisine in coordinating and supervising the daily running of the assigned kitchen department. Your focus will be on maintaining the highest culinary standards, ensuring authentic and high‑quality Greek cuisine, and achieving maximum guest satisfaction. You will contribute to increasing sales, controlling food costs, and managing kitchen expenses within budget. In the absence of the Chef de Cuisine, you will assume full responsibility for leading and managing the kitchen team and operations.
